The 11th Annual Winter Rub BBQ Competition and Dinner will take place on January 27-28, 2023 at St. John Vianney Catholic Parish (5801 Oak Hills Dr. Omaha, NE).

We understand the challenges of cooking in winter and will do all we can to keep our competitors happy and safe. Our goal is to conduct a safe/fun competition and start the new year with some shade of normal. We will continue to monitor the Douglas County Health dashboard and Directed Health Measures to help us make informed decisions about the event. We do ask our teams to “Be Prepared.” Let us know if you need power and how much space you require. We look forward to great weather and a fun family\community gathering. All proceeds from dinner, raffles, silent auction, etc to raise money for SJV Community Outreach. Our council directly assists families in our neighborhoods with financial difficulties.
